The oral treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus currently represents a challenge to physicians, as they face the breakdown of old paradigms, in addition to the technological, marketing and research have increased the current information to which the general practitioners and specialists have no access, such is the case of multiple studies of combined therapy with oral agents in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
